Roastery

Our coffee passionate started in 2014 with a warm and cozy small coffee roastery and cafe. We have been roasting and serving peoples cups of coffee at our hometown, Nakhon Sawan, long enough to move forward by looking back at the origin of coffee. In 2017, we started to work closer to the farmers in the north region of Thailand such as Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Loei, Lampang, to understand the structure and characters of the beans and bring out the tastes of single origins. In 2018, we found the land to settle up our roastery in Chiang Mai. It is going to officially open in 2019.
